Sardar Abdul Latif, a resident of Shaukat Abad village, is an active member of the Ittefaq Hazara Welfare Society in Mansehra.

In 2019, he joined Mehboob Charity Vision as a volunteer, driven by his passion for the objectives pursued by MCV. With the support of MCV, he organized 35 free eye camps, bringing vital eye care services to underserved communities.

Sardar Abdul Latif is not only dedicated to his volunteer work but also actively involved in politics and media.

He aspires to utilize his position and influence for positive change and to serve communities in dire need. He holds great admiration for MCV and its founder, Dr. Junaid.
