Malik Salahuddin, a dedicated volunteer on our team, hails from a remote area Attock near Islamabad. After completing high school, he served in the Sultanate of Oman army’s Military Sports Affairs for 18 years.
However, tragedy struck when his younger brother, an ophthalmologist, passed away from a heart attack at the age of 42. Motivated to make a difference, Malik embarked on a mission to serve humanity. It was during the 2005 earthquake relief efforts that Malik crossed paths with Dr. Muhammad Junaid, igniting his inspiration to help others.
Presently, Malik serves as the Secretary General for Mehboob Charity Vision and efficiently manages our Sight-buddies School Children Screening Project in Attock. With an unwavering passion for humanitarian work, Malik shared, “I have a deep love for serving humanity, a profession that both my father and younger brother pursued with ambition.”
